NV Luxury Exclusive Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NV Luxury Exclusive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- We will provide you with a return address and instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nvluxuryexclusive.com.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to you.
Exceptions:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or opened.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a replacement. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
